DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Once a week, in the shower, massage the Body Scrub onto wet skin using circular motions, concentrating especially on problem zones such as the upper thighs. Rinse thoroughly. For enhanced results, use in combination with Birch Cellulite Oil.
