Directions for Use

Warnings
Probiotics are generally well tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal effects may be experienced in sensitive individuals.
Individuals with compromised immune function or other serious underlying diseases are advised to restrict probiotic use to the strains and indications that have proven efficacy and to only supplement under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Concurrent use of antibiotics and antifungal medications may decrease the effectiveness of probiotics.
