DIRECTIONS

Boil the kettle and prepare your cup or teapot.

Use 1 Organic Lemon Balm Tea Bag per 250ml of hot water. For iced tea, use 2 tea bags per 250ml.

Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag and brew for 3–5 minutes. For a stronger brew, add an extra tea bag rather than extending the brewing time.

Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
