Nettle is a nutrient-rich herb containing vitamins A, B complex, and C, along with minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, and iron.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Use 1 teaspoon of herb per 1 cup of boiled water, up to 3 times daily.
Steep for 5–8 minutes, then strain.
For children, use half the adult dose.
