Congratulations, and welcome to your new journey of motherhood.
For the next 9 months or so we look to optimise both yours and your growing baby's health. After conception, your baby will grow and develop at an amazing rate. At 8 weeks your developing baby will have a complete nervous system, a beating heart, a digestive system, well-defined fingers and toes, and the beginnings of facial features.
So it is important that you have the correct nutrients available for your baby's growth in those critical periods of organ development. And not only are you growing a baby, you are also creating new tissue in the breast, uterus, brand new blood cells, and of course, the placenta.
The Optimal Pregnancy Support First Trimester program is composed of 4 Practitioner Consultations with your Naturopath to address the following factors in the critical periods of baby development:
* Key nutrients (adequate Vit A, Iodine, Iron, Folate, Vitamin B12 & B6
* Managing diet with early pregnancy symptoms
* Managing symptoms such as morning sickness, fatigue, blood pressure changes
* Emotional health and mindset
When it comes to optimising Nutritional Status supplement quality is critical. Not all supplements are created equal, and not all supplements contain the best quality or most appropriate ingredients. Practitioner Prescribed supplements are the best quality on the market with optimal efficacy for an optimal preconception.
When Should I start
Pregnancy support in your first trimester should start as soon as you know you are pregnant. This is usually around the 4-6 week mark and your consultations will be booked in accordingly.

Once you purchase this program here, one of our team members will contact you to organise your appointments with your Naturopath. If you live locally, you can chose to meet your practitioner face-to-face in our instore clinic, or alternatively, meet via Telehealth consultation in the comfort of your home, for flexibility and convenience.
The price of this program is for practitioner consultations only. Any testing or prescribed supplements will be at an additional cost.
