INGREDIENTS

Unblended 220 Bloom Bovine Gelatin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

General Directions: Dissolve 1 tablespoon (10 g) of Australian Beef Gelatin into approximately 80 mL of water or your preferred liquid. Stir thoroughly and allow the gelatin to absorb the liquid (bloom) for at least 1 minute.

Add the remaining 200 mL of liquid and stir until all the gelatin granules have dissolved.

Hot Beverage Directions: Place 1 heaped tablespoon of gelatin into a mug. Combine with your flavoured powder, then add 100 mL of cold liquid. Mix well and allow to bloom for 1–2 minutes. Top up with the remaining liquid, stir, and heat in the microwave or on the stovetop until hot. This will dissolve the gelatin. Stir thoroughly until your beverage has a smooth, creamy consistency.

Healthy Gummies: Use 10 g of Nutraviva Australian Beef Gelatin per 100 mL of liquid. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and slowly heat until the gelatin granules have dissolved. Pour the liquid into moulds or a flat dish and refrigerate until set.
