DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

WARNINGS

  • This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

  • Not suitable for children under 2 years of age.

  • Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness and consult your healthcare practitioner immediately. (Contains vitamin B6)
