Lunette Period Cup is a reusable menstrual cup made from 100% medical-grade silicone, designed to provide comfortable, leak-free period protection for up to 12 hours. DIRECTIONS
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after handling the cup.
Boil the cup for at least 5 minutes before first use and between menstrual cycles.
Insert, remove, clean and store the cup according to the included user instructions.
The cup may be worn for up to 12 hours where permitted by local regulations. In Australia, Germany and France, the recommended maximum wear time is 8 hours. In France, overnight use is not recommended.
Always break the seal before removing the cup.
Inspect the cup before each use and replace it if signs of damage or deterioration are present.
WARNINGS

Use only during menstruation. Do not use for post-natal bleeding.
Not a contraceptive and does not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.
Do not use during sexual intercourse.
If using an IUD or contraceptive ring, consult your healthcare professional before use. Check IUD placement regularly and always release the cup's seal before removal.

Avoid damaging the cup with fingernails.
Do not use harsh cleaners, vinegar, bleach or strongly fragranced soaps, as these may damage the silicone and cause irritation.
Insufficient cleaning may increase the risk of microbiological infection.

TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME (TSS)
Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is a rare but serious bacterial infection. Symptoms may include sudden high fever, diarrhoea, nausea, severe muscle pain, headache, respiratory symptoms, skin rash and reduced consciousness.
Although TSS is rare with menstrual cup use, remove the cup immediately and seek urgent medical attention if symptoms occur. Inform your healthcare provider that you have been using a menstrual cup.
