POWDER

Adults: 1 teaspoon (2.8g) daily.

Children 6-12 years: ½ teaspoon (1.4g) daily.

Children 1-6 yrs: ¼ teaspoon (0.7g) daily.

Mix into water or juice. Best taken after food.

CAPSULES

Adults: 1-2 caps (900mg – 1.8g) daily

Children 6-12 years: 1 cap (900mg) daily

Best taken after food.
