Each capsule contains:
• Fucus vesiculosus (Kelp) whole plant extract dry conc. 120 mg
– Equivalent to dry whole plant 600 mg
– Standardised to contain Iodine 100 micrograms

• Ascophyllum nodosum (Yellow Wrack) whole plant dry powder 150 mg
– Standardised to contain Iodine 150 micrograms

Total Iodine: 250 micrograms
