Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°- 85° and allow to infuse for 3- 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
Iced Tea
Brew the tea following the brewing instructions above, then chill the brewed tea in the fridge.
Once chilled, serve over ice and add fresh fruit, mint or your chosen garnish.
