We have all developed unhealthy habits, rituals or mindsets that have served us in some way to sustain that less than healthy behaviour, whether that be, skipping our morning exercise routine to sleep in, overindulging in unhealthy food and snacks to compensate for lowered energy or mood, drinking a glass of wine or two every evening to unwind and reward ourselves for a hectic day.
And once we develop that less than desirable habit, and rely on this habit for one reason or another, it can be very difficult to change.

How does it work?
Over 6 weekly sessions David and Mary (your Level 3 Certified Wellness Coaches) will take you and your fellow group members on a journey of discovery.
Each session, we will take you through a different key barrier to change with informative and interactive discussion that will increase your awareness of what personal challenges in your life are stopping you from reaching your optimum health.
By identifying the habits that prevent you from getting what you want, you can then start to create a plan to change them and replace them with better ways of living.
Using your individually tailored plan and the support of David and Mary, as well as other group members, you will be well on your way to implementing change in your life that will stick for good!
