Resuscitation Icypoles

icypolesAfter a full day in the sun, why not give the kids (big & small) a great treat to replenish their nutrient stores. These icypoles are a delicious way to provide an array of nutrients lost during physical activity whilst supporting both their musculoskeletal and nervous system.




  1. Juice 400ml of pineapple and watermelon (this is our favourite combo but you can experiment with any fruit)
  2. Mix 3 teaspoons of magnesium powder to the juice – stir well
  3. Pour into moulds and add sticks
  4. Freeze overnight
  5. Enjoy
