Most self-help blogs and books focus on “what’s wrong” with your life and then prescribe a certain “formula” you must follow to right the wrong! There is generally only one way to reach utopia – their way.
But because each of us is unique, we have different strengths, different values, different interests and different lifestyles this one-stop prescription sets us up for failure.

We prefer to focus on the positive – to help you access the vibrancy, energy and vitality you need to make the changes you want to make in your life. At the end of the day we believe that you have the ability to get fit, lose weight or de-stress. You just may not know how to unlock your capabilities. So if you are “stuck”, and you know you need to make changes but don’t quite know how or why you are not making these changes,  then our “Journey to Change” Evening Seminar Series will help you to start living your best life.
Designed to run over four sessions, this seminar series will take you through what is needed to create successful change in lifestyle habits – some of which may have been preventing you from achieving your goals and living your best life.
