Winter Solstice
This year’s Winter Solstice occurs Thursday morning (at 9.09am to be precise).
It is a poignant time to reflect on those goals, dreams and resolutions we made at the start of the year. To take stock of whether we are on track with where we want to be in our lives or whether we’ve been side-tracked and just stumbling along a 'not so positive' trail.
Sometimes taking time out for a little reflection can be the catalyst to deciding a different course of action – the course that will lead us to living to our potential.
