Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy.
Musculoskeletal Therapy incorporates the use of massage, dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and joint mobilisations designed specifically to treat soft tissue and joint related problems.
Andrew works closely with our team as well as a chiropractor to get results fast.

Mother’s Day is about celebrating and pampering our Mums. It’s about acknowledging and appreciating how nurturing, caring, loving, empowering and resilient they really are and showing our true appreciation of them for always being there for us.

Spoiling and pampering is a must for Mum on Mother’s Day and gestures from the heart are all the more special because we give not only in monetary terms but we give of our time – something that we all seem to be a little short of these days.

We’ve put together 3 ideas that we’re sure you’re Mum will love.

1.Luxurious Aromatherapy Bathbath

The Ultimate Nurturing experience for Mum is the chance to indulge in a luxurious bath. By using carefully selected essential oils you can create a relaxing environment where Mum can revive and rejuvenate.
Pour a small amount of carrier oil in your palm (use Joboba or Almond oil) and add 3-6 drops of essential oil (or a combination of oils). Place your hand under the running tap as the bath fills. We love to use a combination of two or more of the following essential oils in the bath… Lavender, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium, Rose, Ylang Ylang, Lime and Rosewood.

Unfortunately Mums are often over-worked, over-committed and stressed. Flower essences are used all over the world, in many cultures, to help manage the emotional demands of everyday life.
